I always enjoy seeing what other leaders are reading or recommending. Here are five that I would not have thought of but may be just what you need to add a new tool to the belt.

Do Our Obstacles Define Us? – by Elizabeth Moyer

I really like the emphasis of this article – your obstacles should not define you. And I agree with that. But then the author added a nuance that I especially applaud – that our obstacles should not define us but rather our identity in Jesus should define us. These two statements together give a perspective that leads to changed thinking.
